COVID-19 Virus Response
The health and well-being of all Kentuckians is everyone’s shared priority. At Serve Kentucky, we are working on a list of volunteer needs in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Serve Kentucky works to help citizens of the Commonwealth help their neighbor in need while complying with evolving guidelines for health and safety. The best sources of COVID‐19 information are:
Kentucky Department of Public Health: https://govstatus.egov.com/kycovid19
Centers for Disease Control (CDC): https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019‐ ncov/index.html
CNCS COVID-19 Information: https://nationalservice.gov/coronavirus
Looking for ways you can help during the COVID-19 pandemic? A list of volunteer needs is listed below. Volunteer needs are changing quickly so be sure to check back often for updates.
It is important to volunteers, community organizations, and Serve Kentucky that we all take precautions when volunteering. We value that individuals want to volunteer in this time of need; however, personal health and safety are always of primary importance. If you are feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms, please consider ways to volunteer virtually or by phone to limit the potential for viral transmission. View the CDC recommendations for age limits and health status when considering volunteering.
